Shipping Rates and Times
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery
- Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Viha Naturals will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Delivery Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, shipping carrier delays, or natural disasters. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations and hope to serve customers outside of India in the near future.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Restricted Areas: Certain remote areas may not be serviceable by our shipping partners. If your location falls within a restricted area, we will notify you promptly.

Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damaged package and its contents so we can assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
